We’ve been fielding a lot of questions about new constructions at CondoDomain lately. So we’ve decided to offer our readers a glimpse at one of the newer condominiums in downtown Chicago: The Vue in South Loop.
Rising twenty stories over the hustle and bustle of South Loop, The Vue is one of Chicago’s most talked about new constructions. The condominium, which contains 140 unique housing units, overlooks the lake and offers its inhabitants a spectacular stretch of coastline to feast their eyes upon. It also offers excellent views of the Chicago skyline and is only minutes away from the Loop.
The Vue is ideally located near the center of South Loop—one of Chicago’s trendiest neighborhoods. Residents have access to dozens of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, clothing boutiques, and other retail stores. And cultural attractions—like the Art Institute, Grant Park, and Harold Washington Library—are only blocks away.
Built from aluminum, concrete, and glass, The Vue is undubtedly one of the most attractive condominiums in its neighborhood. It boasts all the latest amenities, including floor-to-ceiling windows, ten-foot high concrete ceilings, and maple floors. The doors are all solid-core and the sinks are gleaming stainless steel. A washer and dryer is included in every unit, as is a state-of-the art intercom system. Indoor parking is also available, for an additional price.
The architects and developers of this condominium—Brininstoll + Lynch—have pulled out all the stops in their effort to create a condominium that is as beautiful as it is functional. Brininstoll + Lynch were especially interested in offering the residents of The Vue all the cutting edge technology available today. To that end, they pre-wired each unit with fiber optic cables for TVs, telephones, and Internet. They also placed this wiring strategically around the units, with an eye toward developing technology. Brininstoll + Lynch have also seen to it that green technology has been implemented throughout the entire condominium.
