Partnership For New Communities Tax Incentives Ending Tomorrow!

This deal is ending quickly, so get in on it while it is hot! The Partnership for New Communities is offering $15,000 tax incentives until December 31, 2011. Normally the offer is for $10,000, but that was increased anchicago neighborhood bungalowd extended for the holiday season.

Just to give you a little background on the Partnership for New Communities: they are a non-profit set up by civic and business leaders to reshape the public housing projects throughout Chicago. They look to re-invent the neighborhoods by encouraging investment from business leaders in the area.

Below you will find three developments that are targeted by the partnership for rejuvenation where you can use the $15,000 tax incentive:

Lake Park Crescent, 4012 S. Oakenwald Ave: 15 condos are available.

Park Boulevard, 3560 S. Federal St: 20 condos and townhomes are for sale.

Parkside of Old Town, 465 W. Division St:  one condo remains for sale.

The great thing about these new construction developments is that the money can be used for the down payment and/or closing costs making it affordable for prospective home owners to dip back into the real estate market.  Coupled with the fact that the average home price in Illinois has dropped 31% since its peak in 2008, this makes it an even better deal.

Contact our office if you are interested in any of the projects above or have any other condos that you need help finding.
