Chicago is certainly a city of beautiful buildings. Steely skyscrapers dominate the skyline of the Loop. Wrigleyville Neighborhood

When you are talking about classic Chicago, it does not get any better than Wrigleyville. The area is named after the iconic Chicago Cubs baseball team that has played at Wrigley Field since 1914.  Unfortunately, the Cubs have never won a World Series in this amazing structure.

Partnership For New Communities Tax Incentives Ending Tomorrow!

This deal is ending quickly, so get in on it while it is hot! The Partnership for New Communities is offering $15,000 tax incentives until December 31, 2011. Normally the offer is for $10,000, but that was increased and extended for the holiday season.
Just to give you a little background on the Partnership for New Communities: they are a non-profit set up by civic and business leaders to reshape the public housing projects throughout Chicago. They look to re-invent the neighborhoods by encouraging investment from business leaders in the area.
