Smashing Pumpkins front man Billy Corgan has reduced the asking price of his vintage Gold Coast condominium to $3.55 million. He bought the space in 2002 for $2.95 million. Corgan has dropped the asking price from $5.5 million in September 2008 to $4.35 million in April, and then $3.875 million in October.
