Smashing Pumpkins front man Billy Corgan has reduced the asking price of his vintage Gold Coast condominium to $3.55 million. He bought the space in 2002 for $2.95 million. Corgan has dropped the asking price from $5.5 million in September 2008 to $4.35 million in April, and then $3.875 million in October.
The songwriter’s 3,700 square foot renovated condo occupies an entire floor of 20 E. Burton Place, which is in the prime Gold Coast neighborhood. There are 9 units in the building, which was built in 1892 and has been completely renovated.
